Our primary focus is on helping people become as healthy as possible. To that end we will pay for all shipping on all orders totaling $25.00 or more and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from our free shipping policy, however only an additional $4.00 charge applies to those customers. Any orders totaling $25.00 or more and shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will only be charged $4.00. Any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and totaling less than $25.00 will be charged $9.25 plus an extra $4.00.

Shipping policy:

For your convenience, all orders will be shipped via FedEx ground, Monday through Friday, within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order. Most orders across the United States will be received within three to six business days. There are no added shipping charges for large (please inquire about these large orders) orders regardless of size or weight!

All products are of the highest professional grade quality. We reserve the right to substitute any product or products at our discretion without notice. In the event the product(s) being substituted are more expensive than the product originally ordered, the consumer will not be charged any additional fee for the substituted product. 

Undelivered, unclaimed or refused items:

 

Any items that are undeliverable, unclaimed or refused will be subject to an $9.25 handling fee in addition to a possible 15% restocking fee. These fees will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Rush orders:

Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available at an additional charge. Please email for current charges. Rush order shipping charges are assessed by weight and destination. Please indicate the items you wish to order and the destination where the products are to be sent. An E-Mail order confirmation is available via your email address. (Please make certain your email address is correct when you place your order.)

Backorders:

You will be billed for the entire order when we ship the items that are in stock at the time of the order placement. Any items which may not be in stock at the time of your order placement will be shipped to you when the item(s) become available. There will be no shipping charge on any backordered products regardless of the price or weight of the backordered product(s).

Cancellations on Backorders:

If the product has not been shipped, products on backorder may be canceled via email only. You will be provided with a cancellation confirmation number via return email for all cancellations.

Temperature Sensitive Items:

Temperature sensitive and perishable items will be shipped Monday through Wednesday only with an overnight shipping service. Since special shipping is required for temperature sensitive or perishable items, additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns are not allowed on any temperature sensitive or perishable items.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase date in their original unmarked, unopened and original condition. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returns. Perishable and temperature sensitive products ARE NOT returnable. Doctors Natural Products must first approve all returns prior to the return being sent back to us. A return authorization number will be assigned when the return request is authorized.

What if the product I purchased is defective or was damaged during shipment?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a return authorization number and report the damage to a customer service representative by email ( must be in writing ) or call if you have questions toll free at (888) 560-5534, Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM MST/AZ, Saturday 9 AM - 12:00 noon MST/AZ and e-mail us at info@doctordsnaturalproducts.com. We are available for assistance and instructions for returning the product. You will be supplied with a return authorization number and FedEx will be instructed to pick the item up at the original shipping address. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip that came with the original order or include a detailed note indicating the reason you are returning the item, your customer number, original invoice number and your contact information. Once we have received the shipment, it will take approximately 5 business days for us to process the request and credit your account. Your account will be credited for the original purchase price. If the returned product does not meet our guidelines, a customer service representative will contact you. Your replacement products will be shipped within approximately 24 hours from the time we receive your returned product.

If I have returned a product I purchased for credit, when will the credit appear on my credit card?

After we receive the product you are returning, it takes approximately 5 business days to process the credit. Generally, you may see the credit for the product on your next credit card statement; however, it depends on the month end date for your specific credit card account. Only your credit card company has control over the month end date of your statement.

How do I place an order with Doctors Natural Products?

Shop online with our secure shopping cart. Find the items you want to purchase either by the panel on the left under the title, SHOPPING CATEGORY: You can choose any of the following to find the products you want; Category, Brands, Health Concerns. You can also use the Search tool at the top of the Shopping Category. In addition, you can also click on the words, Product Search located just to the right of the Search box. This will take you to an alphabetical list of all products on the site. Clicking on the desired item will take you directly to a photo of the desired product along with a description and price. Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the Buy Now button. You can also choose to order more than one item by clicking the drop down box next to Buy Now button and change the quantity. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will automatically be shown which items are currently in your shopping cart. How does the Shopping Cart work?

When you are shopping at Doctors Natural Products and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there allowing you time to continue shopping before checking out.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment method currently accepted in the Doctors Natural Products online store is credit card  and debit cards . We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

We do not believe you should pay for your order until the items are actually on their way to you. Therefore, we will not bill you until your products are actually shipped. If an item is backordered, you will be charged for your entire order at the time the first portion of your order is shipped. However, any backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. There will not be any additional shipping charge for the shipping of a backordered item even if the backordered item is less than $25.00 in cost

How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as Doctors Natural Products, LLC.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, if you live outside Arizona, you will not be charged sales tax. Applicable sales tax (8.95%) will be included on all orders shipped to customers within Arizona (AZ).

What address should I enter in the billing information fields?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Any non-matching information will not allow the order to be processed.

How do I enter a shipping address?

During the checkout process, the order form will ask if you have a different shipping address or would like the products shipped to the same address as your billing address. If you do not want us to use the same address for both, please indicate by typing the shipping address in the space provided.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?

No, your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers without spaces.

Can I change my order once I have submitted it?

No, unfortunately, once you submit an order, it is unavailable for changes. Once submitted, the order is quickly processed and shipped. Changing your order once you have placed it is not possible, so please be sure your email address, shipping address and order information regarding products is accurate. Please also include a telephone number, so we can reach you concerning your order. We do not share or sell your personal information including your telephone number and email address.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. It will be emailed to the email address you provided during the checkout process, so please be sure it is accurate.

How long does it take to process an order?

We make every effort to ship all purchases within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order on Monday through Friday. Please provide a street address only. FedEx ships Doctors Natural Products so no Post Office mail box number can receive shipments.

Are there any additional shipping charges for backordered items?

No, if an item(s) on your order is out of stock, it will be backordered and will be shipped to you with no additional shipping costs when it is received in stock.
